-Kaya snuggles into her soft fur pillow and holds her doll tight. Another day of unforgettable adventure comes to a close.
-Marie-Grace and Cecile share a quiet moment amid the fun and festivities of New Orleans.
-Addy admires the beautiful plaid dress from Mrs. Ford’s dress shop—the fine sewing done by Momma’s own hand! Truly, this is a Christmas gift that she will never forget.
-Josefina cheerfully prepares for tonight’s fiesta, warmed by the oven and the memories of holidays spent with Mama.
Oh man Kaya’s description is pretty bland (“unforgettable adventure”?), but the photo is lovely *v*
HOLY EFFING MOTHER OF CRAP.
And just so I won’t have to make another Caroline post, here’s a picture of not only the Caroline doll, but the cover of her meet book (which I’m personally more interested in):
Her hair looks kinda wonky, like she’s actually bald but is just wearing a wig she likes to wear as a hat, but the art doesn’t look too bad (and it seems that her theme color is, in fact, pink).
(Sorry I keep on reblogging from you, Joni, this is just the first time I’m seeing these photos anywhere ^^;a)
Caroline’s boat and another dress. Feeling kind of ‘meh’ on this one. I think the boat will be a huge hit with little girls, though. Just remember not to get your doll wet!
I have to put a link to this video now don’t I
Seriously though, another entirely pink outfit? Come on AG, I like pink and all, but…come on.
Oh Hey, the newest Historical Character Caroline Abbot was just revealed
Gosh, I wonder what she looks like-
Jean Grey of the X-Men - American Girl Doll Style!
See the making of here and here!
You know, I was always somewhat disappointed by the lack of handmade geeky costumes in the AG fandom (and when I say geeky, I mean something more along the lines of Star Trek or Watchmen, not just historical geek stuff). That’s why I love it when I find costumes like this.
Great job on it! :D
